LIPOSUCTION
Liposuction is one of the most widely used techniques for removing excess fatty tissue in areas with good skin tone. The most common areas are the abdomen along with the flanks, the back, the so-called “love handles,” and the inner thighs, the upper arms, and wherever fat tends to accumulate and is difficult to lose through diet alone.
The procedure is usually performed under sedation or general anesthesia through small 3–4-millimeter incisions, and its duration varies depending on the amount of fat to be removed and the number of areas to be treated.
The evolution of liposuction is liposculpture. It involves a combination of techniques such as Power-Assisted Liposuction, fat transfer to specific areas, and skin tightening with Argon Plasma.
During fat transfer, the removed fat is used to "fill" other areas of the body, such as the buttocks, the breasts, or the face, while Argon Plasma heats the skin from within, stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin by up to 30%.
All of the above are designed to harmoniously highlight the body’s anatomy, and together with a series of LPG-Endermologie treatments we offer at our clinic post-operatively, we achieve the best possible results.

After the procedure

After the procedure, patient can mobilise from the very first day, but for recovery, they need to wear compression garments for 1 to 3 months, as the results continue to improve over the following period. Patients can return to their daily activities within a few days.
Liposuction is not recommended for areas with significant skin laxity; for such cases, different plastic surgery techniques are available, such as dermolipectomy, which leaves characteristic scars in less visible areas.
Schedule a consultation at our clinic to learn about the technique that’s right for you and the cost of the procedure.
